Deliverying new features
Ludero (Ex Lazify) is a web3 community engagement tool where brands can propose games and surveys to their users, in order to have more engagement and datas. Here I will present a flow of creation for a new feature
Clarify the needs and requirements
First we need to get in sync on the requirements : What is exactly the problem, and what kind of solutions they are excepting. We also discuss what is a must have or only a nice to have. And finally we define deadlines together
Flow of work
Once clear, I begin working on the designs. And to help us all follow the work, I structure the figma file by production steps, between what is in design, what is to be validated, what is ready to dev, what need to be reviewed, what is in prod
Propose several solutions
When I have solutions, I present them to the client. The goal is to have an efficient meeting together so I prepare every problematic where there are open points : For example here I propose different solution to present the values, for the layout, for the UI, for the states

Once the solutions are validated, I specify in details
When we agreed, I will detail the exact specification of each components and I will also finish completly all the flows. Below are examples of UI specifications for some components

last step of the design process is to create the components and to sync them with the developers

Review of what have been developed
Once developed by the team, I will do a review of the development. Sometimes orally or with feedbacks given such as below
Update the production file
Finally I update the file that show what is in production and I strive to organize it as clearly as possible
And updating the changelog
And we update the changelog in order to follow the changes on the file
